  4. Consultation was held in oral and written form in German

Our client, a German manufacturer, established a manufacturing subsidiary on the territory of Russian Federation. In order to reduce the costs of end product manufacture, they decided to analyze the possibility of goods processing on the territory of Russia with the following export of the end product.

Intersolution specialists analyzed the production process and examined the list of goods for import under inward processing regime and the following export after processing under customs control.

The client was provided with verbal consultations in order to clarify the specifics of processing under customs control on the territory of RF. It was necessary for the client to understand the main principles of processing regulation and document workflow formation. The main difficulty in realization of this scheme was imported goods identification in the end product (as these were base metal products).

Intersolution specialists calculated the economic benefit from processing under customs control scheme. The client was provided with the full list of documents in German necessary for processing under customs control. Finally, the client received a written report in German.
